This pack can be used for:

• Soft Flo (Prenatal Friendly) – Saturdays 11:30am

• Little Flo (Postnatal) – Fridays 12:30pm (post crawling)

Led by our pre & postnatal qualification, each session is thoughtfully programmed to help you move safely, rebuild strength and feel confident in your changing body.

Valid for 10 weeks to allow flexibility around appointments, fatigue and life with little ones.

As a boutique studio with just 6 reformers, you’ll always receive close guidance and personalised support.

We understand pregnancy and early motherhood can be unpredictable. This pack is valid for 10 weeks to allow flexibility around appointments and fatigue.

Our standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or missed classes will result in loss of the session.
